2. What data I collect

This website processes only the data you actively send — through the contact form or by email. There is no tracking, no advertising cookies, and no connection to third-party services like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or anything similar.

When you visit the site, technical server logs are processed by Cloudflare — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser type. These are anonymized automatically after 24 hours and deleted after 30 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) DSGVO (legitimate interest in operating the website).

3. Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, your name, email address, what brings you here (animals · couples · stage · little ones · something else), the optional date, and your message are processed to handle your inquiry. The submission is transmitted via the form service Web3Forms (Web3Creative, Kerala, India; servers in the USA), which forwards the inquiry by email to the controller’s inbox (foto@lealuminus.com). Web3Forms stores the submission temporarily for up to 30 days and then deletes it automatically; according to the provider it is not shared with or sold to third parties. As part of this processing takes place outside the EU (India, USA), the transfer relies on Art. 49 (1)(b) DSGVO (transfer necessary for steps taken at your request prior to a contract). Legal basis for processing: Art. 6 (1)(b) DSGVO (steps prior to entering a contract). The data is deleted once your inquiry is fully answered, unless commercial-law retention obligations apply.

4. Fonts

The fonts "Plus Jakarta Sans" and "Newsreader" are served locally from this website (self-hosted via @fontsource). There is no connection to Google Fonts.

5. Your rights

You have the right at any time to information (Art. 15 DSGVO), correction (Art. 16 DSGVO), erasure (Art. 17 DSGVO), restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO), data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO), and objection (Art. 21 DSGVO). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — for Mecklenburg-Vorpommern: the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

6. Hosting

This website is served worldwide via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The actual delivery location depends on where the visitor is. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) DSGVO.
